  1. So, I tend to try to keep this tumblr fairly anonymous amongst all my goings-on. It is usually the one thing i can post to that most people won’t associate with me, which is good when you’re a teacher and can get into trouble for saying something off-color or posting pictures of naked ladies. Anyway, back on point…
I wrote a novella. It’s a pulp crime kind of thing, full of sex and violence and booze, and it’s been picked up by a small-but-interesting publisher called Eat Your Serial. Their idea was to take fiction and serialize it on the web, the way pulp magazines used to do in print, to get people to read stuff even when they’ve got little time to read. Anyway, my book, Murdertrain, is currently being serialized online by them. It’s a story about a retired pro wrestler who now works as an enforcer for the mob, and his misadventures in 1979 Honolulu as he searches for his missing brother. It’s got violence, gore, graphic sex and plenty of humor, to boot. Give it a shot, since it’s totally free. A new chapter is posted every Wednesday, and I have the understanding that around November the plan is to release the whole shebang as an ebook in the EYS web store.
And dude, look at that cover. I wish I could draw stuff that awesome. For reals!
